Frequently Asked Questions

Website Plans

The monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue and our resources, therefore it does not rollover. When you request for some work to be done within that 30/60 minutes of time (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.

In the unlikely event that your website goes down just contact our support team immediately and we will get it back up and running in a jiffy

If its within the first year of the contract you can upgrade your plan which will trigger a new years contract. You cannot howveer downgrade if you are still within the first year. If you have completed the first year and you want to upgrade or downgrade this will also trigger a new years contract.

Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests, however anything that can fit into your monthly support time is possible. We just ask you to be aware that requests for new features to your website will likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.

If you have a task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will provide you with a quote for you to approve. This will be based on our current support rate of £50+vat per hour

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

No one can guarantee a place at the top of organic searches, even Google cannot do this. However if your website is setup correctly and you have good content thats relevant to what people are searching for there is a good possibility of coming up high in local search results.

Generally we will be able to get your website listed in Google within a few days of your website going live. The longer your website and domain name are online the greater the chances of achieving good search results as these are also based on domain/website age.

Domain Names

Yes you can. To do this you will need to change the primary and secondary NameServers of your domain name and set them to ours which are:

You will normally have a control panel for managing your domain name, this will be able to be changed in there.

If you have a UK domain name then you can change the IPS TAG to our Tag which is WEBSPEED

IMPORTANT: If you want us to transfer your content over you must let us know before you change the nameservers so we can make a copy of your content.

If you are only working and operating in the UK then its better to go for a domain name, however if your business is international then a .com would be better.
